To determine eligibility for HRT, Thrive evaluates a range of factors that define who you are. Based on this assessment, we create a tailored HRT plan to help you achieve your best possible well-being. If there are areas of your life that could be optimized, you may qualify for our HRT plan designed to enhance your mood, quality of life, health, performance, and appearance.
Thrive also provides concierge prescription medication oversight, ensuring personalized support for your health optimization journey. Our expert doctors prescribe treatments tailored to your needs, which may include solutions for cholesterol management, hair loss, erectile dysfunction, enhanced orgasm intensity, blood pressure regulation, glutathione supplementation, thyroid balance, and growth hormone therapy, as medically appropriate.
Thrive is currently available only to individuals who have a valid address in the United States. While US citizenship is not required to use Thrive, a US address is necessary.

We will decide on a case-by-case basis if new blood work is needed or not prior to meeting with our team of doctors. Sometimes, the blood work you already have might provide all the information we need. However, sometimes the blood work is not sufficient or recent enough and you’ll need to get new blood work done to ensure we have all the necessary information for a proper medical assessment of your health.

Of course. Once you become part of the Thrive family, just let us know your goals and ambitions, and we’ll ensure you’re always on the best path to maximize your health, performance, and aesthetics.
You’ll receive an email with a lab order for blood work at your local Labcorp facility. Once you complete the lab work, we’ll contact you when the results are in to schedule your introductory meeting with our doctors.

To minimize your risk of hair loss while on TRT, Thrive offers the Concierge Rx and HRT membership plan. By enrolling in this plan, our doctors can prescribe hair thickening and restoration medications for you while you do your TRT.
To minimize your risk of developing estrogenic side effects while on TRT, Thrive can prescribe aromatase inhibitors (AI) for you. Your AI will be available for pick up at your local pharmacy or shipped to you if you use a digital pharmacy such as Amazon.
To minimize the risk of your coconuts becoming peanuts while on HRT, Thrive offers the Testicular Size Maintenance on HRT plan. This add-on package helps preserve testicular size during HRT and costs $549.99 for 13 weeks of coverage. You can purchase this package at any time while using exogenous testosterone to help maintain testicular size.
