Deanna, originally from Ontario, Canada, and raised in Loxahatchee, FL, has built a diverse and enriching career in healthcare. She began her journey as a Registered Nurse in 2015, where she honed her expertise in inpatient psychiatric nursing, cardiac step-down, and interventional radiology. Her passion for advanced patient care led her to earn a Master’s degree as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner from Keiser University in 2021. Prior to her current role, Deanna gained invaluable experience working with a highly respected neurology, neurovascular intervention, and neurosurgery team at the same hospital where she had previously served as an RN.

Dr. Sokolowski is a dedicated health expert who brings together cutting-edge research and real-world lifestyle wellness. With a PhD and postdoctoral research training from Florida State University, he’s a lifelong learner, driven by a passion for helping others thrive. Before his time at FSU, he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Georgia, where he remains a diehard Georgia Bulldog. He treats everyone with care and respect, even Alabama fans.
Dr. Soko’s academic journey speaks to his commitment: he maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA, earned seven scholarships, and won recognition as the top Ph.D. presenter at the 2022 International Society of Sports Nutrition Conference. As a graduate student, he was an instructor for eight courses, from biomechanics to neuromuscular physiology, and was even nominated for the Outstanding Teaching Assistant of the Year Award at FSU.
After his academic career, Dr. Soko channeled his expertise into the wellness field, gaining valuable experience at two hormone replacement therapy clinics before founding Thrive Telehealth. Not only does he lead with deep knowledge, but he also lives out the values he advocates, waking up each day with purpose, energy, and a determination to help others succeed. His personal experience with testosterone replacement therapy (which he’s used since his early 20s) gives him a unique perspective that makes him the embodiment of “practice what you preach.”

Dr. Chakravarthy’s impressive career spans various leadership roles and impactful contributions to the healthcare sector. He has founded multiple successful businesses, focusing on hospice management to transform end-of-life care and regenerative medicine platforms that leverage cutting-edge modalities to optimize health and prevent disease. In his regenerative work, he utilizes peptide therapy, medical weight loss, and stem cell therapy as the three pillars to promote longevity. He has also served as an Emergency Room Physician at various healthcare facilities, including the Piedmont Health System, and as a Medical Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
A trailblazer in the field, Dr. Chakravarthy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor in April 2006. Following this, he pursued a Doctor of Medicine degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine, where he trained in Emergency Medicine across multiple hospital sites in Metro Detroit. He later completed a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management at the University of Texas – Dallas in May 2023. During this time, he also became a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society, an accolade reserved for the top 7.5% of the cohort.
